Off-the-shelf shoes don’t suit every foot. We design, prescribe and manufacture custom and medical-grade footwear for the patients who need it most.

For patients with significant foot deformity, post-surgical changes, leg-length discrepancy, severe arthritis or high-risk diabetic feet, regular shoes simply don’t work. Custom and medical-grade footwear protects the foot, accommodates orthotics or AFOs and can dramatically improve mobility and comfort.

Brett designs, and fits every prescription himself. From last modifications and rocker soles through to fully bespoke shoes, every pair is made to address a specific clinical need.

We also stock and prescribe a curated range of medical-grade ready-made footwear suitable for diabetic feet, oedema, hammer toes and similar conditions, often a more affordable starting point before custom is needed.
