Brett was a consultant podiatrist for the High Risk Foot Service at Wollongong and Shoalhaven hospitals, with extensive skills in complex offloading and diabetic foot ulcer management. That hospital-grade expertise is available to private patients at Southern Podiatry Clinic Nowra.

Treatment combines wound debridement, dressing selection, and biomechanical offloading, typically through custom orthotics, walking boots or pressure-redistributing footwear designed and built in-house at South Coast Orthotics.

We work alongside your GP, vascular team and diabetes educator to keep wounds healing and to prevent recurrence. Early referral makes a significant difference to outcomes.
