We design and prescribe custom orthotics from a full biomechanical assessment, tailored, not templated.
Custom orthotics are designed from your individual biomechanical findings to address a specific clinical issue, plantar fasciitis, posterior tibial dysfunction, paediatric flat foot, diabetic offloading, post-surgical changes, and built to fit the actual shoes you wear.
We work with carefully chosen lab partners, including South Coast Orthotics in Nowra, and select the right one for each prescription. Devices are reviewed in-clinic, refined as needed, and re-issued or modified when your needs change.
Types of orthotics we prescribe
Different feet, different problems, different orthotics. We choose the right material and design for the job, not whatever a single lab happens to make.
EVA Orthotics
Soft, lightweight, well-suited to runners, kids and patients who need cushioning as well as control. Ideal where comfort under load matters.
3D-Printed Orthotics
Made in TPU or polypropylene with millimetre-accurate geometry. Lightweight, durable, and reproducible, perfect for replacements and fine adjustments.
Diabetic Foot Orthoses
Designed for sensation-impaired feet, even pressure distribution, accommodative top covers, and a forgiving base to protect at-risk skin.
Paediatric Orthotics
Sized and prescribed for growing feet. Used for paediatric flat foot, in-toeing, growing-pain syndromes and developmental issues.

A full biomechanical and gait assessment to identify what is actually driving your pain or dysfunction.
Prescription
We design the device specifically for your foot, your shoes and your goals. Not a template.
Manufacture
Your prescription is sent to the lab best suited to the design, EVA milled, 3D-printed, or made by hand depending on what you need.
Fit & Review
Fitted in-clinic, with adjustments made when anything needs refining. Follow-up reviews keep them performing.
